Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Ken & Connie, San Diego, USA (March 2010)Frasers B&B is a lovely 1820s cottage, beautifully restored, in a quiet, pretty, walker-friendly neighbourhood. Despite its quiet location (with off-road space for the car at the door), it is conveniently situated for the sights of Stirling, including the famous castle and the city centre. If the morning is sunny, you will awake to a stunning view of the Wallace monument in one direction, and the castle in another. Across the road is an open field, with nice views of nearby hills. The Birds and Bees, an atmospheric pub/restaurant with excellent food, is just a 3-minute walk along the quiet road. Mary is a gracious host who provides not only a fine cottage and breakfast, but good conversation as well. This is a bright, cheery, comfortable place to stay while in Stirling.
